OFFICIAL RULES

1.GENERAL. These are the official rules, (the “Official Rules”) for the “Spa Getaway Sweepstakes” Brought to You By Nutramax Laboratories ® , Makers of Cosamin ® DS (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by ABC Radio Networks, 444 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (the “Sponsor”), and is presented by Nutramax Laboratories, Inc., maker of Cosamin ® DS, located at 2208 Lakeside Boulevard, Edgewood, MD 21040 (the “Promoter”).

2.NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C., (EXCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH RESIDENTS IF LOCATED IN AN OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES), who are 21 or over as of the date of entry, (an “Entrant” or “You”). Offer void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes begins 12:01 pm ET October 6, 2004 and ends 11:59 am ET November 1, 2004. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Time (ET). This Sweepstakes is made up of one entry period with one (1) Grand Prize drawing, with in which all eligible entries are automatically entered. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes once per day, for a total of 29 entries.

3.HOW TO ENTER: To access the Sweepstakes, log on to to www.abcradio.comand click on the link to the “Spa Getaway Sweepstakes” entry page. To enter the sweepstakes, you will be asked to provide your name, e-mail address, zip code, street address, and phone number. To complete your entry, click on the "Confirm Entry" button.

Entries must be received no later than 11:59 am ET November 1, 2004.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ONE PERSON HAS MORE THAN ONE EMAIL ADDRESS) OR E-MAIL ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS) PER DAY (up to a total of 29 entries during the entire Sweepstakes).

Sponsor, Promoter, and their agencies are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PRIZE DRAWING(S): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 15, 2004 from all eligible entries received. To be eligible for the drawing, your electronically submitted entry must be received by 11:59 am ET November 1, 2004. In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid Entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. Sponsor will conduct the drawing. By participating, Entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor’s decision will be final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified on or about the date of the prize drawing.

5. PRIZE(S)/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING:

Grand Prize (1) : Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for 2 to Canyon Ranch Spa in Tucson, AZ. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Tucson, 5 days/4 nights accommodations (one room, double occupancy), $400 per person for Spa and Sports services, $110 per person (during entire stay) for Health and Healing services, use of all exercise facilities, taxes, gratuities, and airport transfers. A Grand Prize winner who lives in the Tucson metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor) will receive local transportation between winner’s home and Spa in lieu of any air transportation. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $6,540 Actual Value may be considerably higher or lower depending on location of winner and fares at time of booking and departure. Winner is not entitled to any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value of the Grand Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER AND WILL BE BASED ON THE ACTUAL RETAIL VALUE OF THE PRIZE. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for any prize valued at $600 or more. Winner is solely responsible for any and all expenses related to participation in Sweepstakes (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Grand Prize Winner must provide own transportation to and from airport of departure. Grand prize travel subject to availability, and other restrictions. Trip is subject to blackout dates and other restrictions. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change and availability. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, at the same time. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, certificates, or prize items. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for prize of comparable value. The prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All entries will be declared made by the registered user of the e-mail address. Neither Sponsor nor Promoter shall be liable for any consequential, incidental or indirect costs, expenses, losses or other damages of any kind; Sponsor and Promoter’s maximum liability for any claim by any participant shall be one dollar.

6. ELIGIBILITY: Employees or agents of Sponsor, Promoter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

7 CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: If potential winner does not respond to notification e-mail within three (3) days of its transmission, or should an e-mail, after up to three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where not prohibited by law, Publicity Release, within five (5) days of the date printed on the prize notification. Travel companion of Grand Prize winner must sign and return a liability release and publicity release (where not prohibited by law) prior to issuance of travel documents. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected, time permitting. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes; or (b) earthquake, flood, fire, storm or other natural disaster, act of God, labor controversy or threat thereof, civil disturbance or commotion, disruption of the public markets, war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared) or any other condition outside the reasonable control of the Sponsor or Promoter. In such event, the prize winner may be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination or suspension if such a drawing is held.

8. RELEASE, PUBLICITY: By participating, Entrants release Sponsor, Promoter , and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants permission to use his/her name, address, likeness, photograph, and statements to Sponsor, Promoter and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotional agencies for advertising/publicity purposes in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation.

9. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST: For a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by October 11, 2004 to: Spa Getaway Sweepstakes, Official Rules, ABC Radio, 444 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022. For a copy of the Official Winners List, (available approximately December 13, 2004) mail a self-addressed stamped envelope by December 13, 2005 to: Spa Getaway Sweepstakes Winners, ABC Radio, 444 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022.
